What makes Silvery® different from other bed sheets?
Most sheets feel fresh on laundry day and less so a few nights later, as heat, moisture and everyday use build up in the fabric. Silvery® is infused with silver and SGS lab-tested to reduce up to 99.9% of bacteria, so the sheets stay fresh up to 3x longer between washes and you are not stripping the bed twice a week.
The silver-infused fabric also helps keep you at a comfortable temperature instead of trapping heat, so you are less likely to feel overheated during the night.
Are Silvery® sheets actually soft, or do I trade softness for other benefits?
You don't have to choose. Silvery® is silky-soft, and it gets softer after washing rather than rougher. Most sheets feel good out of the bag. The real test is what comes out after a dozen washes, and that's where Silvery® separates from the cheaper sets.
Are Silvery® sheets suitable for all seasons?
Yes. Silvery® is made to keep you comfortable through the night, with no trapped-heat feeling in summer and none of the cold, clammy feel synthetic cooling fabrics can give you in winter.

Does the performance of Silvery® wear off over time?
No. The silver is infused into the fabric rather than applied to the surface of it, so it doesn't come off in the wash the way surface treatments do. Silvery® was developed over three years with material scientists, so the performance holds up to repeated washing rather than fading after a few cycles.
Are Silvery® sheets suitable for allergies or sensitive skin?
Silvery® is made from OEKO-TEX® certified fabric, independently tested for harmful substances. Its smooth, silver-infused fabric is designed to feel comfortable against skin.

Then send them back. You have 100 nights to decide, and that means actually using them. Sleep on them, wash them, live with them. If they aren't right, return them for a full refund under our return policy.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Orders ship from U.S. warehouses across the East Coast, West Coast and Central regions to help us deliver efficiently throughout the United States.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We work with FedEx, UPS and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.
My package is delayed or has not arrived. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for five or more business days, or your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact support with your order number. We'll review the delivery status and arrange a no-cost replacement once a package is confirmed lost or delayed.

Every eligible purchase comes with 100 nights from delivery to decide. Sleep on them, wash them and live with them. If Silvery® is not right for you, contact support with your order number and we'll guide you through the return process.

Are returns free?
Yes. Eligible U.S. orders returned within 100 nights of delivery include free return shipping.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
International orders and items identified as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Are original shipping costs refunded?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns may take up to 10 business days to process after they are received. Once processed, refunds can take an additional 2–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Will Silvery® fitted sheets fit my mattress?
Silvery® fitted sheets are designed for mattresses up to 15 inches deep. If you use a thick mattress topper, measure the mattress and topper together before ordering.
Will the Silvery® Mattress Protector fit a deep mattress?
Yes. Silvery® Mattress Protectors are designed for mattresses up to 21 inches deep.

How should I care for Silvery® bedding?
Machine wash cold with similar colours using mild liquid detergent. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to minimise wrinkles.
What should I avoid when washing Silvery® bedding?
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and powdered detergents. Do not iron. Keep bedding away from sharp objects, zippers and Velcro to prevent snags.
